Jason Stanhope, JBFA-winning Executive Chef of (our very favorite) FIG, spends the first of two Sunday afternoons in the Academy kitchen teaching an intimate class on the basics of making & cooking fresh pasta at home. Join him in the garden afterwards for an al fresco Mediterranean feast, accompanied by the choice wine selections of Femi Oyediran, Advanced Sommelier at Charleston Grill, plus Antipasti by the Dean. Pasta 101 features flat and stuffed pasta, and Pasta 102 on 10/25 focuses on texture in rolled pastas and dumplings.
